Stay hydrated in the heat

Hydration stations are available in the start and finish area and frequently, approximately every 2.5k's, on the course. Hydration provided is water and energy drink.

Nutrition stations are available frequently in the second part of the race and in the finish area. Nutrition provided is energy bars and fruit.

Finish line food stalls serve food and drinks for all runners.

Temperatures of up to 25 degrees celsius are not unusual this time a year, so plenty of liquid is key in optimal race performance. Make sure to test your nutrition tolerance in motion in your training phase leading up to the marathon, to avoid sudden stomach cramps or nausea.
